The GO Project has helped make the #uccan Climate The GO Project has helped make the #uccan Climate Motivator program happen for the past three years, and this year the program started their summer in Ottawa learning about raising our spirited voices for climate action!

This week was filled with MP meetings (Leah Gazan, Elizabeth May, Rob Oliphant, Shannon Miedema). Meetings with Senator Tony Ince, and the Indigenous Learning Centre at St Pauls University. Workshops with Rev. Jessica Hetherington, Kairos, CBC reporter David Thurton, Exec Minister Eric Hebert-Daly, and attending committee meetings and question period. What a full week of work, walking, transit, and some fun! 🌿🌸☀️

Thanks to all of our young leaders across the country and communities of faith hosting them.
Trying to figure out Gen Z? 👀 Wondering why you Trying to figure out Gen Z? 👀
Wondering why your young volunteers answer emails 3 business days later but can edit a Reel in 12 minutes? We got you.

This workshop is all about helping clergy and ministry leaders better understand Gen Z — their values, communication styles, stressors, creativity, and the very real impact of growing up in a post-COVID world.

We’ll talk about:
✨ supervising young staff & interns
✨ healthy boundaries + clear communication
✨ creating empowering ministry spaces
✨ why Gen Z cares so deeply about justice, authenticity, and community

Gen Z brings adaptability, creativity, honesty, and fresh energy to the table — and this workshop will help you lead alongside them, not just “manage” them.

Come curious. Leave with practical tools, new perspectives, and maybe even a better understanding of why nobody answers phone calls anymore. 📱😂
