You are a part of making the world a better place.

This year, due to current COVID-19 restrictions and uncertainty about what the summer months may bring, the delivery of our programming will be different. We are planning to continue to offer a fulfilling – and fun – GO experience to children but we will do so as safely as possible which means offering a virtual rather than in-person camp.

We will offer two one-hour “live” online sessions with campers each day supplemented by optional offline activities related to the themes of the day which, will be social justice oriented and local in nature.

Camps will be available to host communities – with leaders creating a program just for their community, as well as periodic “open programs” that children from across the country can join!

Virtual Camp will be hosted by local communities for their families, like they are each summer… but this year we will add additional OPEN PROGRAMS for children to join form wherever they are in the country!!

See below for local and open dates.

Live camp will be every day @ 9am – 10am EST & 3pm – 4pm EST

With additional/optional crafts, games, activities and more for families and kids to engage with throughout the day.

We are still confirming 2020 programs. If your community is interested in hosting a Children’s Adventure Camp, read the Intro Package and contact our Program Director at bailey@thegoproject.ca

Virtual Camp Testimony

“The GO Project leaders have created this environment with grace, creativity and fun.  They have found a way to adapt games and activities like Simon Says and Easter Egg Hunts to fit this format.  They have presented the Holy Week and Easter story in an accessible way.  The have given a venue for children who have had recitals, concerts and presentations cancelled to share their hard work through a talent show. And I have been incredibly touched with the depth and honesty of emotions these children have shown in sharing their fears, sorrows and worries in the prayer time. This would not have happened if they did not have a safe place to talk about what is in their hearts and souls. It has been a gift to our family.”
